  I wanted to share my experience with Steve's recent roof cleaning service, which unfortunately fell far short of expectations: 1.Incomplete Work: We had agreed on a payment of $600 for cleaning the entire roof. However, despite paying the full amount, Steve only cleaned half of the roof. 2.Unprofessional Technique: After the job was completed, a professional roofer informed me that the correct method for cleaning a roof is from the top down. Unfortunately, Steve cleaned from the bottom up, which caused significant water damage inside my home, including ruining the insulation and ceiling. 3.Roof Damage: Steve also damaged my tile roof during the cleaning process. I now need to hire another professional to repair the damage caused by his work. 4.Lack of Accountability: I requested reimbursement from Steve to cover the additional costs incurred due to his errors, but he has not responded to my request. I paid $600 cash to Steve. I paid another $2196.6 to fix the issue Steven caused. Given these issues, I am extremely disappointed with Steve's service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar situations in the future.
