Location: Bexley, NSWJob Description: I have two small repair jobs at my semi-detached in the Bayside area. Photos of both jobs attached. Job 1 Front white picket fence repair. Approx 56m (~5.2m, but please check measurements), broken/leaning pickets, some rotting timber (posts and bases), general wear and tear. Open to partial repair vs fuller replacement happy for on-site assessment. Traditional white painted timber picket style with decorative shaped tops, painting/finishing to match. Posts set in cement to at least 30cm. Metal gate retained, new posts to hang and latch gate. All waste removed by contractor. Job 2 Baluster repair, approx 410cm length x 110cm, but please check measurements. Some balusters loose, one half likely needs repair or replacement. Must safely support weight of an adult (BCA/NCC compliant). Want options: simpler fix reusing existing pieces, or bigger replacement. To be painted green on completion. Fixed price inc GST per job and combined. Full payment after 7 days on satisfactory completion. Pest treated timber throughout. State lead time and completion time and availability window.
