  We'd had a mid-December purchase settlement on our run down semi-detached which needed a wall removed with in roof beam addition, hardwood floor restoration, various patching and fixes, new lights, bathroom basic reno and a full sand and repaint. Somehow Danny and team got it all done in 12 days over the approaching holiday season, amazing work guys!! The only thing taking off from a 5 star is given this was my first reno, so my fault also, but maybe a bit more consultation about big cost choices as we probably paid more in labour for fixing the kitchen floor instead of replacing it, maybe... hard to tell with a rushed job, which was our requirement.
