I started a bathroom renovation that was planned for three weeks with another builder. Things got very messy and my builder wasn't licenced so I went on the hunt for a new one the month before Christmas. I found Max and chose him for the job and so glad I chose the right person the second time around. He was honest and phoned everytime anything came up to inform me of everything going on. He assisted with any tough decisions and was always there when I needed him. A lovely person as well. Prices were competitive and the job was done to a very high standard. We hired Michael for a complete make over of our unit which was very tired and dated. Right from the start I was impressed by his professional attitude and this made Michael stand out from the rest. He communicated with us every step of the way and liaised with the plumber, tiler, cabinetmaker and electrician. This gave us peace of mind not having to worry about those annoying little details. He always got back to us promptly, even after the job was done and we needed to contact him about a minor issue with a faulty product. We are more than happy with the completed work and we would highly recommend Michael of Graphite Construction Management.
