Location: Collingwood Park, QLDJob Description: Hi, wanting to extend and butt up to my verandah that is already there so I can put some sort of sub frame for a 3m x 12m portable building on. Can be built by steel frame or block work columns, whatever you recommend to make solid without the high price tag. If needed, engineering and council approval. Already there is a concrete foundation that was levelled at a height of 600mm high to match with exisiting concrete foundations under the existing verandah. Area to cover for verandah extension is roughly 4m wide x 13m long. Picture: (subfloor frame mesurements) shows in the green area floor coverage, red is where I'm wanting the verandah extension subframe so I can place the portable building on. The other picture (portableplacement_before/after) is the idea I have in mind for the portable building placement. Attached also is pictures of the 3m x 12 portable building that will likely be craned into place, support beams are at the base longside.
