Sam was friendly, professional and prompt. He did a great job clearing branches away from the power line and balancing 'the look' of the tree by trimming the opposite side to maintain symmetry. I do wish he trimmed the height of the tree though which he could've done if he had used his trimmer from our top floor balcony.
