He run through all the practical & theory issues behind every workout, and explains every question (as a newbie, I have A LOT of questions) with patient. He really put effort into building up a personalized plan for each individual depending on your goals. He tries to understand my the work-life routines in order to ensure the workouts are not only helping with weight lifted, but also with daily performance & overall health status. I have been doing a varies of sports throughout my life, which including tennis, triathlon & surfing. Training with Victor gained me so much more confidence & better performance when doing sports. Furthermore, I have been working around the desk for many years, which largely affected my body posture, and has caused some issues. Victor carefully examined all the issues, developed specific trainings to correct my posture, and they worked spontaneously. Training correctly means not only gaining more, but also developing good habits/form and etc, I think the best way is to train correctly is under the guidance of a qualified trainer(especially for beginners).
