  Meet Michael. Michael is a father of 2 children. He works a very busy schedule so when going home it's very hard to find motivation to workout. So my job is to give him motivation when things get hard. I really appreciate the effort and discipline that he shows. He is training with me from last year until now. Sometimes he can only train 1-2 days on the week. However, the result in the picture says everything. His weight decreased from 107 to 98 kg (this is an amazing result!). "I feel like my chest has totally changed. It’s not like a breast anymore, but really like a chest!” he said "My belt has also loosened and I can move it forward one more slot" he added. As his trainer, I am very amazed and humbled by the result. I learned so much from him, especially with the commitment and dedication he has.
