I recently completed the first group training program and I've got to say I was really impressed with the overall program content/structure and of course my end results. I initially intended to use the program just to motivate me to get back into training after having several months off due to work and other commitments but I exceeded what I set out to do. Losing 3.5 kilos and 10cm off my waist was an added bonus and a good start. Despite the very cold and rainy mornings Catherine didn't let up!! It is a 5 day program and to get the most out of it you must complete the other 2 sessions as well as watching what you eat. I did the other sessions in the gym but found the time it took to complete each session was a bit long but it all worked at the end of the day even with a few changes to reduce the time. This program got me back on track, motivated enough to sign up again. Its always hard to train by yourself and the program gives you that mix, highly recommend it.

trained with Michael @ enliven for the last few months and have absolutely loved it. The sessions are all different, lots of variety and Michael and the other people are all very welcoming and friendly. I didn't feel intimidated showing up for the sessions and I was encouraged to go at my own pace which was brilliant. I saw results quickly, mainly I think due to the variety of each session. I really would recommend Michael and enliven to people of all fitness levels - it's not overly competitive like some boot camps can be but if you want to go hard you can do that.

Job Description: I am pregnant and looking to continue weightlifting safely. I only recently began strength training with my home setup and only did the major four lifts to start with (bench press 35kg, deadlift 50kg, shoulder press 10kg per hand, squat 40kg because barbell squats kinda scare me). Unfortunately you may have to be prepared to reassure my mother that exercising will not immediately murder my unborn child and she may ask you what experience you have in training pregnant women (sorry). Depending on pricing, I'm after two sessions per week until June next year, which is my due date.
