  I am a very reluctant exerciser and William is so supportive and encouraging that I have been able to show up consistently for training, feel that I am being extended and strengthened in an achievable and encouraging way.   I have consistently higher mental focus and energy levels. Physically I'm the fittest and strongest I've ever been. My knowledge bank and self-belief are continuously growing as well. I'm really looking forward to keeping on levelling up my fitness and wellness. Made possible through William's custom-build programs which are perfect for me. As well as his motivation, accountability, caring nature and constant advice over the last 10 months. It's been awesome.

  Incredible results and experience! In 18 months, I've gained lots of muscle, and lost fat. I'm 3 times stronger, and I have so much more energy. I hardly get sick anymore. I'm loving my body confidence too! Perhaps the best part is the knowledge and mindset I have to keep pushing the limits on my fitness journey. Thankful for William's tailored programs, constant encouragement and his personal touch that have enabled my transformation!
