Many years ago I had a wake up call and realised I really needed to do something to change how I was looking and feeling so I nervously joined a gym and signed up for a training session. Im forever grateful that the session was with him. Training with him has been one of the most challenging but rewarding experiences. He possesses an uncanny ability for working out your limit and then pushing you to your own personal threshold. I have achieved so much more than I ever would have believed possible. Not only has he helped me lose a tonne of weight, get healthier and fitter, more importantly he has given me the confidence and drive to keep going. I have come back to him time and time again over the years and he has helped unfailingly.
