I have been working closely with Brendon for a number of months. He is a professional and competent trainer, coach, and support. I have watched him grow his business, and identify a hard worker, willing to push, encourage, and engage his clients and himself. Not only does he have university and academic knowledge, but is aware of application, through evidence based practice, real life wisdom and the ability to be malleable to each individual clients needs and SMART goals, as well as being realistic. A genuine, down to earth, humble persona, that will put in the time and effort, if you are willing to put in the time and effort. He surpasses all others in strength training, an example of this specifically were pull-ups. Insisting I cannot complete one, assistance with bands to 5 pull ups, with correct form as well as, training accessory muscles to meet those goals and providing a holistic approach. He is grounded. I am very proud to have worked along side Brendon, and know he will grow and flourish in his business in the years to come. Reliable.

Cam is responsive and easy to deal with. PT Noushin is very positive and encouraging throughout each session and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been training with Anthony a couple of days a week for three years. I originally did it for boxing fitness and general exercise, but now I'm hooked on Muay Thai. Anthony makes training fun and challenging. From not being able to even throw a proper left hook when I started, with Anthony's help and motivation, I'm now able to spar comfortably. His sessions are a good combination of correct technique, theory, cardio and overall an enjoyable and rewarding workout.

Prior to working with Michael, I was emotionally, physically, and spiritually depleted. My back was stiff and in pain a lot when training, my posture needed work, my hips were tight, and my exercise technique was needing work, I was constantly tired and although motivated to fix myself, I didn’t know how or where to start. My body and life needed a full make over! Michael has been an amazing and supportive coach and an expert in his field, and I know understand that overall health is the main priority, not just fitness or how you look in the mirror I have learned to develop an ability to listen to my body and read what I need, from rest and recovery techniques as opposed to disadvantaging myself by pushing myself beyond what is healthy for me long term, to how to eats for long lasting health as opposed to just get calories in. I have more clarity and focus in my life, no more body aches and pains and now know how to prevent injuries so I can keep working to my highest potential. For those sitting on the fence about making health a priority, at first it seems like an incredible challenge reframing how you go about your life. It is no small feat to assess how you live in such minute detail. But slowly as your understanding of how your body and mind work, it becomes inevitably unnoticeably easy to live knowing what your body and mind are requiring to be healthy and balanced.

What an awesome trainer! I moved to Sydney for Melbourne and needed a good trainer to keep me in shape. He gave me a free session and I was sold by his great attitude and how professional he was. I can be a bit to handle but Christian's friendly, witty personality has made his hard sessions that much better. He is really big on technique and helped me with a few posture habits I had. What I like most apart from him being an amazing trainer is is huge range of equipment! he carries so much around in his ute which always keeps the sessions interesting with variety. already recommended a friend to him!
