        Job Description: Hi, I am 34yrs old and a stay at home dad this year. Looking after my 4-month old and 4-year old. Im finding it hard to go to the gym in between school drop off and pick-ups and feeding my baby amidst doing t he domestic chores. I am struggling to find the motivation, but I most certainly have the grit and drive. I would like to reduce my body fat percentage to ~10% (currently 23%), get muscle definition and increase my cardiovascular capacity. I would like to have weight of 67-69kgs (currently 77kg; 169cm). I would like to train in my house, I have basic gym equipment, pull up bar, stationary bike and and an uphill driveway. Thank you for your help :)
