My main concern is making sure the customer is happy. I do a great job and charge a standard rate for the time it should take. If it takes longer that's my problem not the customers.

1. Allow the gardener to use your green waste bin, the biggest cost is the rubbish removal. Also don't forget council pickup for big pruning job  2. Become a valued customer and go on a monthly contract. You get your lawns maintained as required. More in the Spring and Summer, less in the winter.

I Charge by the hour for labour based on your initial quote or estimate. I send it in writting and your quote is guarantee of the charges you'll receive once the jobs done.
