  Recently Able maintenance group came and fixed our roof. After years of leaks the old house desperately needed some help. Coming in at very reasonable rates for the Busselton area, they took out the old chimney(causing all the issues) and cleaned off all the fungi that was growing under the tiles which also caused hidden leaks. The roof looks great. Gutters have been cleaned and the colour has been restored. Thankyou Allen and David. Really appreciated your work.
