Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We have Public Liability Insurance up to 10 Million dollars. We also carry Workers Compensation Insurance as required for PTY LTD Companies & Income protection Insurance to cover us. We can provide a Certificate of Currency upon request. Of course our work is guaranteed

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Accepted Answer

We were fed up with working hard and making money for our Employers when we realised that all we had to do was start our own Business from where we have progressed to our Company to keep the profits rather than make money for someone else. We experienced and saw many so called Cleaners & realised that you get what you pay for. We have experienced the worst cleans possible from Community Housing all the way up to top end Defence Housing Cleaning, so we are more can capable and experienced in this Industry. We have the resources to tackle most large cleanup jobs and also have the contacts with our Subcontractors to assist if the need arises.

The job satisfaction at the end of the job and a Happy Customer.  We work very hard and of course at the end of the job, the payment is a reward for our efforts. Our Business also gives us a lifestyle where we can enjoy time with family and friends.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

* Be specific about your requests. * Request that the Provider have Public Liability Insurance as I can tell you many stories about why they should be insured apart from legal obligations. A $500 job can turn into a $5000 nightmare with a simple mistake!!!! Insurance is a must & they should be able to provide a Certificate of Currency upon request. * Ask about their experience in the area? * Ask about Referees / References.

Customers commonly ask for References and are concerned about honesty and security. They are right to concern themselves with security aspects of allowing strangers into their home with key access for example. We wouldn't have the reputation we have if we weren't entrusted by major Govt Organisations and Real Estates as well as heaps of private Customers who trust and rely on our Services. As mentioned, our people are employed after Police checks have been carried out and the majority of our staff are family and long known associates.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We have significantly reduced our service area to accomodate more clients within a smaller area as we found that travel takes up a significant part of the day. We can cover more clients and reduce travelling costs. We can give many Phone numbers of Real Estates and private Customers as a point of Reference to confirm our reliability and trustworthiness. We are trusted with key access by our service providers which confirms our trustworthiness and we carry out Police checks on all our Employees. Reliability, trustworthiness and of course, quality of work is paramount in this Industry.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We have the experience in all types of cleaning.   Remember the term "You get what you pay for"  is so true in this Industry.   We are preferred Contractors for many Government and Real Estates & we only service a relatively small area due to very high volume.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

* Be specific with the request. An end of lease clean for example can take anywhere from 12 hours to 20 hours to accomodate the requirements of Real Estates or in the case of Domestic cleans, indicate what it is that you want apart from the standard bathrooms and floors / maybe Kitchen benchtops / backplash.. * Do you need Window tracks cleaned as well as internal windows? Do you need external windows cleaned? Does the Oven need doing when Kitchens are mentioned. Do walls need washing down or marks removed? Are light fittings requested? These are a small amount of questions that should be asked. * The more details provided, the better equipped a prospective service provider is to answer your questions but in any case without a site inspection, a price range would be the only honest way that a service provider can answer a Customers question.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

* Present the workplace free of clutter as working around clutter and objects takes more time and therefore   further costs in Labour.   * Do as much yourself to save on costs. The more that is done, the less it will cost due to labour savings.  * Oven Cleans cost money & are a large component of a clean so if possible, have them cleaned yourself. You know how much it is not a favoured job - Believe us - it is not favoured by us either but we do alot of them for mainly DHA & Real Estates and charge accordingly due to caustic chemical use.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

We are not the cheapest but we are the best. As we have mentioned before, our experience is extensive and so is our quality of work. If you are after a cheap nasty job, don't call us. I understand that many people are after this option and its not a service that we provide. We pride ourselves on work quality and cleans can take many hours in hard labour. We are not expensive but our pricing reflects the work that goes into these cleans.

How do you normally charge for your service?

To quote a job, it is dependant on many factors that we take into consideration including how far the Customer requires our clean to go. EG; some Customers dont require external windows, window tracks, tops of kitchen cupboards, ovens or cooktops, skirtings or walls to be washed in end of lease cleans either because they are kept in good order or they have completed the work themselves to save money. Same goes for domestic cleans.   As far as payment goes, it is required upon completion for private Customers. Real Estates, Insurance Companies etc it is per arrangement.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in end of lease cleans, top end D.H.A white glove Cleaning as well as Office and Domestic Cleaning. We have the resources to walk into a fully furnished end of lease clean that requires large volumes of rubbish removal, handyman tasks and cleaning as well as the yards and external surfaces as we have been completing these types of cleans for a long time for Banks, Insurance Companies, DHA & Community Housing for many years. If the job of a large magnitude needs to be completed within a specific short time frame, then we call in more people to get the job done.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We have been in the Industry for over 30 years. We have completed all types of cleaning from Community Housing, end of Lease cleaning, Real Estate cleans,  Office & regular Domestic Cleaning all the way through to white glove top end Defence Housing Cleaning. We are thorough and professional having completed thousands of cleans over the Years. We wouldnt be one of the preferred Cleaning Contractors by Govt Organisations, Real Estates and private Customers unless we had proved ourselves with quality, honest and reliable servicing.
