Mike is a great PT do yourself a favour and hire him, personable makes hard work fun, Doesn’t yell at you. Mike knows my limits and takes me a tad past them each week, rather than smash me. Hello, I have a physiotherapist and she has given me 12 exercises to do everyday. I need to do these exercises and sometimes I just feel too tired, I have work to do or other excuses that interfere with my exercise program. What is your hourly rate for a personal trainer ? Do you have a bulk discount? Example 20 sessions for a reduced rate paid up front ? I don’t want to do other exercises apart from the program my physiotherapist has given me. Well, not now. I just want to have someone watch my form, count how many of each exercise I do and NOT let me give up. Keep going (safely) and help me get to a stage where I can actually do these exercises. My issue is that Ive broken my foot and Im in a boot for 4 weeks, but it happened in January and hasnt healed so could be longer (Im seeing a physio).
