Let Scout Property Maintenance take care of your maintenance jobs! If it is your own property: we come on time, we respect your home. We do the job and clean up the mess and leave your place in perfect order. If you are a landlord: the one thing a rental property gets too little of that is TLC! We'll do the job we came to do but we will also keep our eyes open and report anything we think you should fix now or put on your to-do list. We believe in repeat business! Some of our services are: • all handyman jobs - big or small • external: carports, decks, fences, gates etc • internal: painting, plastering, new doors, locks, security doors • kitchens: new bench tops, new doors or a new kitchen • bathrooms: just a refresh or a full reno We are a one-stop shop. If we need to use another trade (electrician, plumber etc) we will engage and supervise them without you having to organise it. We will of course get your approval for this and keep you up-to-date.
