Testing Regularly, we will not come to a new site with out testing prior and if we get sick we will monitor this and keep our clients updated incase this holds up a job

It is always good to site down with the client and find out exactly what they want, if it is something we can not provide or something that we are not licensed to do then we will work with the Client to find someone they are happy to have us contract that part of the job out too

It is always good to look at multiple quotes and decide exactly what you want  there is a saying about workmanship  You can have Fast, Good Quality and Cheap but you can only have 2 of those  FAST & CHEAP but it won’t be good quality CHEAP & GOOD QUALITY, but it won’t be quick or on time ON TIME and GOOD QUALITY but it cannot be CHEAP I am a believer that this is not the case, Good quality isn't choice in my opinion and I never sell my self short on quoting time I will always ensure that the Client is happy with the time frame that is allowed and I am Always happy to sit done with the Client and ensure that they are happy with the costs of materials - I'm not here to make money of you paying for the cost of materials so why should I charge you extra to add on top of the workmanship you are paying for. If someone is good at their job they will never give you poor quality. Too often people claim to be good at what they know and they end up doing a poor job the cheap part is partially true if it seems to cheap to be true then it probably is

I will always take my time to ensure that I don't overcharge for materials while ensuring that they are given the best quality materials available for the job and I will always ensure that I try to stick to the allocated time frame for a job if I end up taking longer for a job that's on me not the Client

Materials + Labor- Labor is on an hourly rate and I will always be transparent with the time frames given during the breakdown of time for each part of the job
