When I met Michael nearly 5 years ago, I was injured, overweight, and didn’t know how to come back from it. He helped me gain an understanding of what bad habits had contributed to my injury and overcome them through holistic training that he delivered with patience, understanding, and kindness. I can truly say that training with Michael was a turning point for me that changed my life. If I could give Gavin more stars to rate my experience, I would! In the 3-4 months I've had him as my personal trainer, I've never felt more motivated and confident about reaching my weight goal. Gavin is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge in fitness. I never used to like exercising or going to the gym, but he's definitely turned that around for me. I was lucky to have had sharen for around 5 months and in that time, she's taught me so much about nutrition and exercise and not only that but skills to keep myself motivated and focused on reaching my weight loss goal. Within 5 months I was able to lose approx 28kg and all because of her determination to push me beyond limits. She kept me focused and gave me all sorts of tips and advice to keep me going with my goal. She keeps training interesting and every session is new and exciting, mixing in crucial exercises with things I enjoyed doing as well.. Her knowledge about health and fitness is truely outstanding and from someone who's had a few trainers in the past, she's the one who's made the biggest impact in my life, changing my lifestyle for the better. I have been training 1:1 with George for over 1.5 years now and it has been great! He tailors the works outs to you so you don’t feel overwhelmed by attempting to do something your not comfortable with. He is a very enthusiastic trainer and is always there to show you how you can use your strengths! Most of my training is around strength training so each session we are always striving towards the next pb! It is so worth training with George because he gives you his time and dedication to help you achieve lastly results not temporary quick fixes!
