Highly recommend Mike. He has so much knowledge about fitness and workouts are fun and really push you too. Things I never thought I’d be able to do, Mike has given me the confidence to smash and I’ve never felt more confident and supported. Gyms can be intimidating sometimes and so can group classes, but Mike has all the equipment to get you sweating you won’t need to pay gym fees again. And the group sessions are worth every cent, particularly morning boot camps and night boxing classes which leave you sweaty and feeling good! Also really knowledgeable in nutrition, too!
