I recently completed the first group training program and I've got to say I was really impressed with the overall program content/structure and of course my end results. I initially intended to use the program just to motivate me to get back into training after having several months off due to work and other commitments but I exceeded what I set out to do. Losing 3.5 kilos and 10cm off my waist was an added bonus and a good start. Despite the very cold and rainy mornings Catherine didn't let up!! It is a 5 day program and to get the most out of it you must complete the other 2 sessions as well as watching what you eat. I did the other sessions in the gym but found the time it took to complete each session was a bit long but it all worked at the end of the day even with a few changes to reduce the time.
