My father is coming home from hospital and is frail; nurses/carers attend regularly so we need tidy, fast work and good hygiene. Immediate (please quote separately) - Hallway: replace/repair random floorboard(s) under old carpet (original Tasmanian oak). - 1m of floorboards - Entryway: replace/repair ~1 m of floorboards under carpet. Notes - Carpet is old assume lift/re-lay or removal needed. Termite damage recently fixed; property clear. Please consider timing and cleanliness.
