  Super quick with qoute,suited our time frame and started pretty much the follow day,Very well organised crew ,and very clean tradesman ,taken pride in there work and respect to our house as clients house,worked very efficient and quick in a short amount of the time giving.outstanding results price doesn’t show its justice.Keep the good work up boys

  We hired sims constructions for our extension/second story addition of our home. The moment he arrived was punctual ,professional and very well spoken to explain things in depth.(that we understood).the moment we sat down he browsed over the plans and was a very straight forward job he replied for him and his team,prior that he said he didn’t want to waste our time or his as he explained I am expensive but my team we build with high quality.we felt straight away that, he and his team at sims constructions.was the correct people for our job.that he was very honest and deliverd behoned our expectations with the end results.(he delivered what we where after) During the tender process they were very open and transparent. They laid out their pricing in such a way that enabled us to fully understand everything that was included and excluded. Like any project of this size, there were further items that we wanted in addition to the original price. Sims constructions would provide a quote prior to carrying out any additional work, so we fully understood any additional costs. As well as this, we had regular meetings with Wade, throughout the process to ensure that we were on track. The finish of the house was exactly what we had imagined and we are extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship. Wade was meticulous when it came to ensuring that we got the finish we wanted.it shore was behond our expectations the high quality of him and his team. His team were also friendly and reliable and certainly share wades passion for putting the customer first. I would recommend Wade and his team anyone wishing to undertake the smallest job to the complete second story addition/renovation of a property.
