Ben did a really fantastic job replacing some rotted wooden steps. Ben's quote was the same as another but his was custom built to fit the space, while the other was for premade. My carpenter brother confirmed he'd done an excellent job and for a price that he couldn't have beaten himself. Ben has a lovely calm and genuine nature and I felt he was really trustworthy and loved that he cleaned everything up really well afterwards too.
