We are fully insured (workers compensation and public liability). We provide a 10 year waterproofing and workmanship guarantee. From inception, we have had a 0% recall on workmanship.

I moved from Ireland in my late 20s as a qualified plumber. I've always had a passion for creating and a particular interest in old houses. I also like project management and can easily learn new trades. I picked up tiling & the combination of plumbing and tiling experience lead me to bathrooms

Q: How long does it take to do a standard bathroom renovation? A: It typically takes 10 working days, however if we're installing a custom made shower screen it'll take an extra 5 days, but the bathroom can be used after 10 days. Q: Can you do part renovations? A: Yes, we can meet your budget needs

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Most of the information can be supplied on site e.g. design and what is the client's ideal renovation. To give us a good idea of whether we are the right fit for the client, it is worthwhile knowing budget. Also, if building works are involved, if planning approvals and plans are available.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Ensure that all fixtures, fittings, tiles, grout and other materials to be supplied by the client, are onsite before we are due to start to avoid delays. 2. Clean out the contents of the room/s to be renovated before start date 3. We can order client hardware and pass on our builder's discount!

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We provide an obligation free quote. 5.6% deposit upfront payable upon contract signing. 43.5% at the commencement of tiling and remaining 50% at the completion of renovations. Smaller jobs (under $5,000) would be 6.5% upfront with the balance payable at the completion of the job.
