Job Description: Hi..I am looking to convert our garage shed,size of about 7m X 5.6 m into granny flat or entertainment area. 3 sides of the wall are single brick layer up to about 3m high with the front being roller shutter. Only 1 side of the brick wall is retaining soil. Would like to discuss on the cost to convert this,including all plumbing and electrical works. Can the roof be retained? Thanks.
