  The boys were really great to work with in so far as customer relations we’re concerned. Price was a bit steep for the work they did and the delays in the project were not anticipated or explained adequately. 4 week bathroom Renos took nearly 4 months! Further, referred sub contracted tradies were unreliable, rude and lacking in customer service skills.

  Hi Manfred Thanks for the review. In regards to price it was as per quoted. The delays on the bathroom were because the materials ordered did not all arrive on 3 seperate occasions which was out of our control as we did not supply materials. We understand that it is frustrating and apologise for any inconvience.

  I had trouble arranging quotes for a job from anyone else on this site and had received no responses to my work request as it was apparently considered 'too hard' as one tradesman told me. After several days the site however gave a few suggestions of companies to contact and immediately upon speaking to Michael at Jochum family Maintenance I had booked in the job with them with no issues at all. Michael and Carl performed some flooring repairs in an old bathroom and the work was done quickly and professionally and the whole job completed in only a couple of hours and at an amount that was less than originally quoted. They even assisted in opening up some windows that had been previously painted shut without charging for the extra service. They were extremely friendly and professional and I will not hesitate in using their services again in the future for any home maintenance issues, and highly recommended them to others!!
