Shelly and her team provided excellent workmanship and proved to be flexible in their no fuss approach which made the entire process run smoothly.   Shelly is the most resourceful and dependable builder I have worked with. I had a very complex restumping job with tight timeline because of family visiting our new house. Shelly lined up all the trades (re-stumper, carpenter, flooring, plasterer, plumber and so on...) within a week and made sure the job was done in time with high standard. Can't recommend her enough!

  We Recently had our bathrooms renovated and are really happy with the result. Shelly and her crew did a great job. As with all renovations there were a couple of hick ups but these were easily overcome.Special thanks to Gurdeep for the vanities which were made to our specifications. Perfect. We also had the place painted through out. Great work by Simran and big brother Pradeep. All in all plumber, electrician, waterproofers, tiler, plasterer. did a great job. Thank you Shelly for pulling it all together. We would recommend Dell'arte to our friends and family.

  Shelly and her team recently renovated our bathroom, powder room and laundry, and we are extremely happy with the result. Shelly is reliable, honest and very knowledgable about the business, and her trades-people were all dependable and completed the works to a high standard. It is obvious that any issues mentioned in the bad review below have since been addressed and we had no such problems. Shelly even went out of her way to fix our front gate that didn't close properly without being asked at at no cost! We are really thrilled with the outcome of our renovation and would have no hesitations recommending Dell'arte for any similar jobs.
