She has an extensive background studying Exercise Science, Nutrition and Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching As a Guided Movement Coach and Transformational Wellness guide, she focusses on incorporating a “health first approach” by reconnecting with the body, rebalancing the nervous system and shifting trapped energy (Qi). Educating and guiding her clients thorough each pillar of holistic health is a big focus as they come away empowered and inspired to integrate long-term sustainable habits and optimise their current lifestyle. Adri is passionate about helping people who don’t know where to begin on their journey to optimal health, busy mums struggling with consistency and those suffering trauma, chronic pain & inflammation to reconnect with their body, step into their truth to become empowered to take control of their own wellness and live their life with full authenticity.
