Martin was very good. He answered all my questions and text messages promptly. I needed to have some tiles of my toilet's floor replaced, so I bought the most similar pieces (mosaic) I could find as these tiles were really old. However, before undertaking the job using the tiles I had, Martin wanted to go to another place (which was very far away from my place) only to see if he could find other pieces that matched better my toilet's floor. He brought home the pieces he found for me to make the decision. All for the same price. He was very quick, efficient and was very helpful. Pleasure to deal with. Great product knowledge.
