  Do not hire these people..... very poor communication and shoddy attention to detail with regard to service and execution of the actual job. They also neglected to remount my light switch on the wall, then they lost the mounting screws and dropped the metal wall mounting plate behind the wall resulting in me having to pay an electrician $150 to rectify their carelessness. (Their answer to the issue was to "silicone the light switch back onto the wall"!). A lot extra to pay given the job went $600 to start with. (9.5m2 total this 1st job area) No apology was offered and they had the temerity to imply we had misplaced the screws. After the job had been grouted i asked why some areas had not been filled and it was explained that these areas had to be caulked ... i now have a job that still needs caulking and whilst i didn't ask at the time of the quote.i would have been happy to have paid extra to have Andy do it for me ( had he explained this was an extra at the start of the whole process) but he didn't even offer this small but important service to me on the day.( for extra $$$ of course... no problem there, i understand) As a disabled pensioner, i now have to climb a ladder and bend down to finish off the job. (adding insult to injury) We showed them another job of 30m2 (before this fiasco) that they quoted at approx $2000 ... not including the initial $600 job. and explained that we would proceed with this also .... we mentioned up front we pay cash money ...no questions asked and promptly at the end of the job. We will now be reposting this larger job soon. DO NOT USE THEM. i am a retired building undustry worker and never in my 40 years of dealing with all manner of trades have i come across such unprofessional service.

  well we did a good job for you and we are doing tiling and the screws they was on switch POWER 1st day and we told your partner to keep them with her because we don't want to take them with us ... 2nd I finish the job far 40 minutes away from my home and you calling me to come back do your switch and when I was there u giving me 2 screws bigger that the originals .. and I told u they are not fit and I was searching with you to see them where your partner put them . And you said we didn't toke them ... . Anyway I did for you 100% perfect job tiling and if your problem with 2 screws I will come there and give you money go buy 2 screws maybe 5$ ...... my experience tiling is more than 7 years and we did more than 700 bathrooms in Melbourne and never anybody say something bad for us coz we know what we doing. and again if u want me to pay you for your 2 screws I will... 2nd your job it was 12'5 meter and however if it's 1 meter or 100 meter I send you the price before 1 week start ok .... I was there and you told me don't worry I will fix it ..... Anyway when the ppls working in your house they will know who you are . .
