I can’t thank Rob enough for helping me with my mum. Mum has Multiple Sclerosis and has had a few falls lost her mobility and had to go into aged care at aged 80. Rob has been helping mum to gain her mobility again. Rob works at a pace that is comfortable for my mum and whilst it has only been a couple of weeks he has had mum up walking a few steps each session with help and support from him. Heather has made a huge difference to my life. She is empathic very skilled, knowledgable and a lovely person. I had lots of pains in the body comparable with fybromyalgia/ arthritic pains and never found a way to build myself up without falling back into injuries. Heather knew when to push me and when to go gentle and listen to my body. After a severe form of cfs In the past Heather is the first person that knew how to build my body up in a gradual way. I have hardly any pains anymore after 18 years of pain! I love my sessions with her and I love how we work through zoom now as I can always find a time to squeeze it in. I have been training with Michael and the Performance Revolution team for 6 months now and love it! I have noticed significant improvement in my fitness and especially my strength - I have always had weak shoulders and could only ever watch people do chin ups - now I can do three sets of 8! Michael’s program is never boring or the same, and consistently challenging. He is always positive and thinking about what helps remedially aswell. The team communicates regularly, suggesting different exercises or discussions about the latest nutrition and hydration, information and tips on improved performance. I am 60 years old and sail competitively every weekend in a 2 up MG skiff. There is no way I could achieve that without regular strengthening & conditioning and core exercises.
