Where do I start, My husband Leon and I thought we could do with a little push as far as exercise goes,so we hired Heather..........oh my goodness such polish..........Leon has Parkinsons so needs a little extra attention and Heather certainly gave that. Me,well I need it also, I have had two heart attacks and have two stents in place. Heather took all this on board and worked out a wonderful program for each of us.We are reasonably fit for our ages 74 and 76 but Heathers extra care was wonderful. We are extremely sad that Heather has left our area..........we are fitter and also have a new friend. Good luck in your new location Heather.

I came to Isaac at Prestige in July 2013, after doing a clean eating/working out twice a day challenge where I had lost 10kg in 10 weeks. I developed disordered eating and my body rebounded as I struggled to maintain the perfectionism the previous challenge had upheld. At Prestige I was taught in depth about how to use food as fuel and to improve not just my looks but also my health and performance. I learned about the importance of great sleep, minimising stress, and that sometimes training less can be more effective. I had the most amazing support from Isaac, the other trainers, and the “gym family” - a place I have met some of my best friends and my now fiancé. I’m now in such an amazing position where I look in the mirror and genuinely love my body, I am super proud of how fit and strong I am, and I am in absolutely the most healthy state I could possibly be in! The support, education, and friendly and inclusive vibe is second to none and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly - second home, second family!

I was so impressed with Heidi after our first session that I talked a friend and my partner into working with her too. During the first few calls they asked questions about what I wanted to achieve rather than simply pushing a "great trainer!" down my throat. In first session, it was highly consultative and my trainer learned a lot about my history, goals and concerns. With that information they have crafted a tailored programme which I'm enjoying and seeing results with.

I started at Prestige Fit about six weeks ago and am enjoying my journey and have learnt so much so far. It actually does not feel like a training studio – it’s a very welcoming environment where all Personal Trainers greet you and are all so supportive and helpful (even the members themselves are friendly and support one another). It feels like a family of people who really care about you. I feel stronger, healthier and fitter every day.
