Gym 22 in not your ordinary gym it is a place you can go to work out, not be judged, make new friends and be part of a fit family. The trainer Dean Martin knows his stuff he comes round whilst your exercising in a circuit to ensure your doing the correct movement. He is motivating and encouraging. He will take the extra step to make sure your getting the results you want. I can highly recommend Dean and Gym 22 if you are looking to get results whilst being part of the awesome fit family.
