Iβve been training with Tina for 3 months and am so glad I found her. I met various trainers however I was looking for someone who could accomodate my bad back and help me not just lose weight but get stronger. 3 months in and Iβve gone from 65kg to 61.4kg and can lift weights I never thought Iβd be able to. I do 2 sessions a week and while Iβve had several trainers in the past, Tina is probably the toughest. If youβre not serious about getting fit then youβll give up because her sessions are not easy, rightly so. If youβre serious then she is the perfect personal trainer to get you into shape and build your strength. I was hesitant to try a female trainer for the first time but she is so much tougher on me then my male trainers ever were. Expect to be challenged and expect to be sore for the first few weeks but stick with it and youβll see the results.
