Supply and install Concrete footings, that shall be poured below first block 150 to 200mm with N-12 mesh. All retaining walls shall be backfilled with 20mm aggregate and 60mm Ag-line. To Supply and Install turf to courtyard at the above address using 42.5 square metres of Buffalo Turf and bring in clean fill to desired levels, together with 50mm of Turf Underlay. Supply and install stormwater pit to corner of courtyard and connect to existing stormwater to western side access.
