Location: Kellyville, NSWJob Description: I am looking to hire an experienced tiler to complete the tiling of my lounge room, which is approximately 38 sqm in size. The tiles are 1200 x 600 mm ,adhesive, grout will be supplied by me. All other materials such as levelling clips/spacers, and other consumables should be provided by the tiler and included in the labour quote. The floor is concrete, and the existing carpet will need to be removed and placed in the garage by the tiler. In addition, the tiler will need to shift one alcohol bar cabinet before work begins. Please also confirm whether the existing concrete floor will require screeding or leveling before tiling, and include this in your quote if necessary. The work will also require some tile cutting, so please ensure this is factored in as well. While I understand tiling in NSW does not always require a licence, I would like to confirm that you have insurance and relevant experience to ensure the work complies with standards.
