24 Oct 2025Location: Essendon, VICJob Description: Demolish existing decking and construct an elevated deck (about 1200mm above ground with 1stair (half inset into decking area and half projecting into yard). Decking material to be 90mm by 19mm Merbau boards supported on suitable stumps (posts) and timber framing. The decking surround (all vertical walls) shall be clad with treated cypress pine prepainted boards. Both the decking and cypress pine shall be constructed with 5mm gaps throughout. The balustrade shall have posts, top and bottom rails and balusters in between them from prepainted cypress pine. There shall be a 900 wide trap door into one of the walls to get under the deck. There will not be a roof over the decking.
