Job Description: Hi. We want to create a dry area under our raised deck and looking for a quote to waterproof the area by creating some sort of ceiling system between the joists to catch water and divert into nearby stormwater. It is fully enclosed making ventilation minimal and worried that attaching colorbond/polycarbonate sheets below the joists will reduce the lifespan of the timber due to moisture/mould/rot.
