had a very large Box gum tree approx 3 metres in circumference over 3 stories high, 10 metres from my house which is in a fire risk zoned area. The tree had lost most of its foliage and was dropping branches. The roots had extensively damaged the concrete driveway and were bulging through it. I had a quote from one company I contacted earlier to remove the tree. Although the price was reasonable they kept changing the date for when the work could be done with issues such as equipment breakdown, illness, injuries and other other delays. After more than 2 months and not wanting to wait any longer I contacted and almost immediately received a reply from Cranesaw. Rohan, Cranesaw's manager came out to see me. His expertise and knowledge in the field was obvious and well communicated. He gave me a quote which was in fact better than the one I had from the previous company and I was happy to accept. He was able to schedule the work to be done within a few days. His company's superior equipment including large crane and team of very keen and able bodied workers ensured a reliable and efficient service. The team arrived early and took less than 7 hrs to complete the job. They cleaned up the area and neatly stacked the logs ready for pick up the following day. My neighbour from across the road who had worked in his front garden all that day and saw the work in progress came over to tell me that he was absolutely amazed at how expertly and quickly the team had handled removal of the tree. He said that he had never ever seen anything like it.
