Roof : Pre assembled, add color bond roofing and crane on. Floor : Pre assembled, and then add the vinyl wood flooring Deck : Deck is a composite wood and slots together can later get you a video on this. Furniture is pre fab or complete and just needs to be setup and installed. Piling foundations not a slab Connection to services We are looking for a builder that is registered and has experience with steel frames and ideally pre fab builds.
