This is a very good crew in my experience. There was some issue with the booked-in crew with 2 appointment times being missed on the same day which was a little annoying, however, Ozis pulled out all the stops and brought a team from the coast in on short notice and they worked for 10 plus hours. It was a big home and given the state, the result is outstanding. While I would highly recommend them, I'd advise people looking for their services to be very specific about house size and volume of work so your quote is more accurate from the start.
