  The cleaners did an amazing job with the carpets, windows, kitchen, and bathrooms, leaving everything looking pristine. I especially appreciated how they took extra care with areas that needed more attention. The customer service was also top-notch—communication was clear, and they were very accommodating when I had questions.

  I hired Swift Bond Cleaners for a bond clean, and while they did a great job initially, unfortunately, the experience didn’t end as well as I had hoped. Some items didn’t pass the final rental inspection, and despite their warranty policy, they were difficult to contact and did not follow through on their commitment. Instead of addressing the minor issues as expected, they insisted on charging for a full clean again, which was extremely disappointing. Good customer service and reliability are just as important as the quality of the clean, and in this case, they fell short. I wouldn’t use Swift Bond Cleaners again and wouldn’t recommend them to others looking for a hassle-free bond cleaning service.

  Sam and the Swift team conducted a "deep clean" of a house I am renovating and I am immensely happy with the results. The house had been recently stripped back and was very old, run down and quite dirty and we needed a very thorough cleaning effort which they did. I can say they worked very hard and I am extremely satisfied with the result. I would very happily recommend them to anybody and would also be keen to use them again for this type of thing.
