Job Description: I need a full Real Estate Standard Bond Clean for a 2-storey townhouse on 24th Nov 2025. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1 garage, kitchen, laundry, living area. There is one double bed and mattress in the third bedroom that belongs to the owner and cannot be moved. The cleaners will need to clean around it. I will move the following items into the garage before cleaning: entertainment unit side table fridge TV Key collection: Cleaners will need to pick up the house keys from my property manager, complete the bond clean, and then return the keys back to the property manager after the job is finished.
