  The cleaners arrived and I let them in. I went to work and I get a text later on saying that they feel sick and have left the apartment. Not only did they leave my keys inside (I now can’t even get back in) but they aren’t picking up their phones and they have taken my deposit money. Beyond unprofessional and extremely upsetting and I needed the service before tomorrow and they next owners are moving back in. Tried calling and no one has bothered to pick up.

  Hi Caitlyn, We apologize for the unfortunate events that rolled out on the day of cleaning for both of us but I would like to say a mild inconvenience of a couple of hours of delay in house cleaning cannot be put over human life. Ultimately, your job was completed and on the same day. The cleaner got extremely unwell after he started to clean the house and was feeling he was going to be unconscious and hence could not leave a message to either us or you. He asked his wife to send a message to you and call us but she could only send it to you and not us. We called you instantly after joining office a bit late as it was a Saturday however we arranged the cleaner to clean the house the same day as we promised. I am sorry that it was not sufficient for you but we tried.

  I have changed houses almost every year for the past 7 years and it is easy to understand how often I require cleaning services. I have ample experience to judge the cleaning you guys have done and I can undoubtedly say that your cleaning company is the best I have hired till now. I don't usually review services online however this time I had to. I didn't need to do anything at all after you guys left and it got all clear from the property agent almost immediately. I am happy to say that you have done a wonderful job and I will definitely hire you again.

  sorry, but giving me a quote and then adding cost upon arrival for extras I thought were included was misleading. ended up being over $700 and not including carpet cleaning. it was a town house. and then the real estate told me it wasn't clean when she went in a day later. sorry but I was disappointed.

  Hello Simone, We are disappointed to see your comment here especially when we did everything correctly. We respect your opinion about us however we are not at fault. We simply did what you asked and offered a 5 day free re-clean for the entire job. However, 17 days later, you sent us a message asking for your money back providing your bank details. You never connected with us to describe the problem with cleaning or even explain the problem with it. We would have done the reclean free of charge and even would have cleaned the house again. According to you, you hired another cleaning company and you want us to return the money for which we worked very hard. We are only trying to say that you should have contacted us in the first place. We just thought an explanation of the situation was in order.
