  Over charges and under delivers. To clarify on NOVA's comments.. I didn't pay the last invoice because I advised you and showed you proof that you had overcharged me and you didn't action it.. why would I pay an invoice you didn't action.. and so I paid it within hours of you fixing it.. Further, I advised you that I literally had to clean multiple times after your cleaners came.. dirt all over a supposedly mopped floor.. and areas of the house completely not cleaned at all. I had to ask you to not have a pair of cleaners return because they were so bad, which you actioned and then unfortunately the next two cleaners came for scheduled cleans, didn't do a thorough job and left early. I never dismissed cleaners from working because the job wasn't done.. they are lying to you.. which is why I sent you screen shots to prove my position. Perhaps work on your QA process with your team and when a client has the decency to advise you of what the problems are, call and find out the details.. rather than trust team members who are putting in inflated timesheets and doing a terrible job. Rather than respond to a review with incorrect information to save face, you should focus on fixing the areas of your business that is clearly not performing.

  We have completed seven cleans at your property. Following your initial 6 hour deep clean, subsequent sessions were scheduled for 4 hours, with the final session being 3 hours. For a home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three living areas, we recommend a minimum of 4 hours for a standard general clean. When you raised concerns regarding time discrepancies, we adjusted your last two invoices accordingly. Our cleaners followed our standard general cleaning checklist, and we were informed that you personally inspected the work and dismissed the cleaner after confirming you were satisfied. Given that we adjusted the billing at your request and received your approval on-site, we feel the one-star review is unfair. Additionally, the final invoice remained unpaid for over five weeks.
