We need you to sign a build process form which will enable us to get a soil report on your block and check the bushfire analysis report. If you don't yet have a block we can help you purchase one in order to provide you with a fixed price quote.

You can save by using skipperhomes for the whole building process including drafting, engineering and council permits. Chasing up the best loan interest rates will save you money. We can help you find a Block of land that will lower your build costs.

We keep our overheads low. This way the savings can be past on to the customer. We also buy all our vanities, toilets, showers, tapware and sinks direct from the factories. This enables you the customer to save thousands.

We offer fixed price quotations. We also offer a $30,000 approx price schedule pending on house size. This gives you the ability to really customise your home the way you want it. All the while knowing your expenses, giving you the ability to get some cash back at the end of your new home build.
