  One year in and we still haven’t finished. Had to terminate the contract due to multiple serious defects, including the roof sheeting, the entire cladding, the windows and the roof battens. Terrible to work with, they stop work randomly for weeks. Cannot follow a plan, so they built the roof completely incorrectly. Then tried to blame the designer. When in fact, they hadn’t even bothered to source the box gutter the plan called for. Windows built at different heights, cladding with gaps you can stick your hand up. Windows not flashed or tied down properly. They just try to get the plaster board up quickly to hide mistakes. And then never fix them. Seem to have no idea how to waterproof a job nor care if water comes through your house. Very very money hungry- demanding money before the stage us reached and threatened us with debt collectors if we didn’t pay or wanted half the money for the stage before it had been completed to come back in site. Ask around - you’ll find multiple horror stories. Good reviews are from their relations
