  Keep away from this so called builder he is a liar and conman we signed and paid nearly $30000 he said that we were next build and only takes on 3 builds at a time, he currently has 12 homes to build and he can't even build 1 and he owns and operates a concrete pump truck. 8 months later we had only a builders sign on our block he doesn't answer calls emails or meet face to face he has your money now, we sacked him and tried to get some money back but the things you think you pay for in the contract are not paid like levies deposits and certifiers,he didn't pay and kept the money so we have to pay again . We went though insurance but got knocked back cause he is not bankrupt so we are going through qcat .In the end we lost about $23000 he said he would give us some money back but it's another lie and there are more people suffering because of this maggot he causes so much stress and anger so keep away I wouldn't like other people to go through what we did .
